On February 8th, 2025, shortly after his video was posted an anonymous person created the parody “Stool Prisodente” meme coin after the Barstool CEO made critics against crypto buyers, calling them “crybabies.”Dave also shared a screenshot of the coin’s value on X,^[2] writing “Don’t put in more than you can lose. Don’t cry like a bitch when you lose. Bye Felicia #jailstool.” The tweet (seen below) received more than 3 million views and 5,500 likes in a day.

At its peak, Jailstool experienced an increase of 119,000% within just hours of its promotion, according to Binance Square^[3], reaching a market cap that exceeded $203 million as of February 9th, 2025.
