The tweet garnered 62,200 likes and 11,800 retweets in three days. Peppa Pig[2] responded that day with a GIF of Peppa Pig playing dress up and quoting Iggy Azalea's lyrics (shown below, center). The tweet gained over 7,600 likes in three days. Finally, Iggy Azalea[3] responded by tweeting, "Collab with me now or you’ll end up a breakfast special peppa" (shown below, right). The tweet accumulated over 77,100 likes and 14,400 retweets.

On July 18th, Lil Nas X [4] tweeted "that new peppa pig album got the streets talkin" (shown below, left). The tweet gained over 210,100 likes and 25,700 retweets in a day. Twitter user @sisterariola[5] started an album review thread (shown below, right). The thread featured reviews like " 'Expert Daddy Pig'- peppa takes maturity on this explicit song about daddies and construction! lots of tapping and oinking. the backing vocals are very well mixed, i don’t really like the beat though." The thread received over 600 likes in a day.
