Phase-Connect is an English-Japanese Canadian Vtuber agency based in Vancouver. It's known among Vtuber fan circles as the "sad girl company" or the "girl failure company" due to many talents, unhinged eccentric habits. The agency is led by Kevin "H2oSakana" Li. ^[1]

Origin

Phase-Connect was founded somewhere in 2021. They opened up auditions for talents on January 31st of that year. The first two talent generations would debut on the 19th and 20th of June, respectively, titled "Phase Origins," consisting of Rinkou Ashelia, Utatane Nasa, Pipkin Pippa, Tenma Maemi, Hakushika Iori, Fujikura Uruka, and Shishui Michiru. And "phase ALiAS," consisting of Remilia Nephys, Chisaka Airi, Amanogawa Shiina, Himemiya Rie, Makina Erina, and Komachi Panko. More Tales would debut later, consisting of two originally indie Vtuber talents, Kaneko Lumi and the now retired Fuura Yuri. Next year more would debut in 2023. those being _Dizzy Dokuro, Jelly Hoshiumi, and Ember Amane. ^[2]
