Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Movie is the 2023 American concert film produced by singer-songwriter Taylor Swift and directed by Sam Wrench. The film documents various performances from Swift's hugely successful 2023 "Era's Tour," and was released worldwide on October 13th, 2023. Videos of movie-goers singing and dancing along to the movie began going viral soon after the film's release, sparking debates about appropriate concert film etiquette. The limited edition Era's Tour popcorn bucket became the subject of memes following the film's release as well.
History
Taylor Swift released a "cinematic rendering" of the Eras Tour on October 13th in theaters worldwide, with select theaters offering custom limited edition Eras tour popcorn buckets and soda cups. A trailer for the film can be seen below.[1]

(seen below, bottom).

On October 14th, X[4] user @dailytaylortea posted a clip of several young fans mimicking Taylor and her dancers bowing, gathering over 12 million plays and 2 million likes in two days (seen below, left). On October 15th, TikToker[5] @anavaleriavn posted a clip of her fishing a limited edition tin cup out of the trash at the concert to avoid paying $15 for it. She rinsed the cup with water and used it, gathering over 2 million plays and 120,000 likes in a day (seen below, right).
