Super Senior Gojo, also known as Gojo the Super Senior, refers to a fan-made version of Jujutsu Kaisen character Satoru Gojo who's depicted as a high school "super senior" at the imaginary Gyatterson High School. A "super senior" is a student who's older than their classmates because they've been held back one or more years. Super Senior Gojo videos and slideshows started on TikTok in 2023, leading to more stories and developments in the character's lore. In the stories, Super Senior Gojo often preys on his younger female classmates (freshmen) akin to stereotypes about super seniors. A running joke among Super Senior Gojo videos is that he uses lewd slang terms like gyatt and grip or gripper when addressing the freshmen girls he's hitting on.

Origin

Sometime before October 2023, since-deleted TikToker @gojothesenior started posting Gyaterson High School content. The earliest known, still accessible Gyatterson High School content featuring Gojo the Super Senior was a slideshow posted by TikToker^[1] @landoswift on October 13th, 2023, receiving over 612,000 plays and 92,200 likes in eight months (recording shown below).

Spread

Going into late 2023, content featuring Super Senior Gojo continued, like a skit posted by TikToker^[2] @tyjolion on October 15th, 2023, in which he interacted with Gojo the Super Senior, gaining over 82,300 plays and 7,800 likes in eight months (shown below, left).

In early 2024, viral Super Senior Gojo content continued, like a video posted by TikToker^[3] @sockforgojo on January 4th, 2024, receiving over 576,800 plays and 76,500 likes in five months (shown below, right).

Super Senior Gojo memes spread to YouTube in 2024, like an animation posted by YouTuber^[4] sinisterbart on April 28th, 2024, that showed Super Senior Gojo reacting to the leaked Drake video, gaining over 1.3 million views and 82,000 likes in two months (shown below, left).

YouTuber^[5] sinisterbart posted another Super Senior Gojo animation on May 5th, titled, "SUKUNA WONT HELP SUPER SENIOR GOJO!" receiving over 1.6 million views and 86,000 likes in a month (shown below, right).

Super Senior Gojo videos continued to go viral on TikTok ^[6] in mid-2024.
