That's Disgusting. Where? or Oh My God! That's Disgusting. Where? is a partial line of dialogue from a 2011 episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia where Mac says the phrase in response to a woman, Sally, revealing that someone posted her nudes online, feigning disgust to try and find out how he can see them. A captioned screenshot of the scene started to become popularized in image macros in 2017 and as a reaction image. The full dialogue is, "Oh, my God, that's disgusting! Naked pics online? Where? Where did he post those?"
Origin
On November 3rd, 2011, season seven, episode eight of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia,[1] titled "The ANTI-Social Network," aired on television. At one point in the episode, the character Sally tells Mac and Dee that an ex-boyfriend posted naked photos of her online without her consent. Mac responds, "Oh, my God, that's disgusting! Naked pics online? Where? Where did he post those?" feigning disgust to find out where he can see the photos. She responds, "I don't know, one of those disgusting ex-girlfriend porno sites" (shown below). On March 30th, 2012, the scene was screenshotted and turned into a four-panel meme on Imgur.[2]

The scene started to become popularized in memes online around 2017, used to react with false disgust to often sexual content, captioned with either the full dialogue or simply "Oh my god! That's disgusting. Where?" An early example was collected by me.me[3] on April 1st, 2017, in reaction to news of The Fappening (shown below, left). On August 17th, Facebook[4] page It's Always Sunny Memes posted a version of the meme about the temptation of leaked Game of Thrones episodes, gaining over 100 shares and 630 reactions in four years (shown below, right).
The format gained considerable prominence in 2019 on sites including Instagram and Facebook. On September 10th, 2019, Instagram[5] page BroBible posted a version of the meme reacting to news about an island that offers free sex and drugs, originally posted by @drgrayfang around the same date (since deleted) gaining over 10,000 likes in two years (shown below).
On October 23rd, 2020, Instagram[6] user greasedgrapes posted a version of the meme reacting to a "Free The Nipple" story. It was reposted by Instagram[7] user jokezar on January 18th, 2021, gaining over 111,000 likes in 10 months (shown below, left). On August 12th, Facebook[8] page Sammy Slamdance posted a meme using the image to react to a headline about an all-female rock band, Rockbitch, that allegedly threw golden condoms to their fans and whoever caught them got to have sex with the band, gaining over 4,900 shares and reactions in three months (shown below, right).
