In an ITV News interview in the run-up to the 2017 United Kingdom general election, Theresa May was asked by Julie Etchingham, a presenter on ITV News what the naughtiest thing she ever did. She responded with
Oh goodness me, well I guess I have to confess when I was younger, me and my friends rang through the fields of wheat, the farmers weren't too happy about it.

After the interview had aired, many people had created photoshop pictures of Theresa May running through the fields of wheat. Some also included Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn.
Several video remixes were also made after her interview had aired which had also gone viral. Some of the remixes were parodies of pop culture references, original music videos including remixes and photoshopped videos.
