Today I Will Eat Two Corn Dogs is a catchphrase typically used in a meme showing a shouting skeleton (or grim reaper) holding two corn dogs with a bottom caption that states it will be eating both of them. The image macro meme was shared on iFunny and Reddit in late 2022, eventually spreading to YouTube where it spawned voice overs. Going into early 2023, the image became an exploitable as meme creators recaptioned it, replacing words and editing other images on top of it. It also became the subject of redraws and fan art on sites like Twitter.

On September 30th, 2022, the "Today I Will Eat Two Corn Dogs" meme was posted by iFunnyer[1] @Spoogy, earning four smiles in seven months (shown below). The post is currently the first known sharing of the meme. On the following day, October 1st, it was posted by iFunnyer[2] @Loot_Goblin where it received over 170 smiles.

On October 7th, 2022, the meme was posted by Redditor Prestigious_Cheek_97 to /r/OkBuddyRetard [3] where it gained over 600 upvotes in six months. On the same day, October 7th, YouTuber[3] Today I Will Eat Two Corndogs posted the meme as a video with the song "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood & The Destroyers playing, earning roughly 14,200 views and 1,200 likes in six months (shown below, left). Also on October 7th, YouTuber[4] Philip Kraaijenhof posted a voice-over video of the meme, earning roughly 1,900 views in six months (shown below, right).
Also on October 7th, YouTuber[4] Philip Kraaijenhof posted his voice-over to his TikTok[5] page @flappetapcc, where it received over 5,000 plays.
Going into late 2022, the image received redraws, such as one posted by Twitter[6] user @le_rainl on October 29th, 2022, that received roughly 1,700 likes in six months (shown below, left). Other creators recaptioned the original meme, replacing the number of corn dogs mentioned. For instance, on November 17th, 2022, Redditor ObamaSussyBalls42069 posted a "three corn dogs" version to /r/OkBuddyRetard,[7] gaining over 520 upvotes in five months (shown below, right).
Going into early 2023, the meme became more notorious across social media, especially on iFunny. For instance, on February 9th, 2023, iFunnyer[8] @BlueRaspberry posted a Dark Souls inspired version of the meme, gaining roughly 5,100 smiles in two months (shown below).
