Tana Mongeau broke OnlyFans.

Launching her much-teased and anticipated OnlyFans site on Saturday, social media influencer Tana Mongeau soon found herself unable to broadcast live streams. Less than an hour after announcing the page on Twitter, she wrote that the influx of visitors "broke the site."

Mongeau announced the page with her friend and fellow influencer Ashly Schwan using a Linktree bio to link to their sites "Tana Uncensored" and "Ashly's Knockers," respectively.

According to Insider, "Within 24 hours of launching her page, Mongeau was offering $74 of video content, including a 7-second video for $5, which she advertised on Twitter as capturing her bare breasts (although many replies on Twitter include angry responses about how most of what you can see in the video is already free on Mongeau's Instagram)."

Mongeau has been teasing the jump to "uncensored content" for the past month. On April 30th, she complained about not being able to post her belated 4:20 special. She wrote, "I rly do need a place for uncensored content … hmmmm."

Over the next few weeks, she continued to promote the project. On May 17th, she tweeted, "I promise u i got some slutty shit coming to entertain u ppl in these next few weeks."

Tana Mongeau isn't the first influencer to make the jump to OnlyFans. In April 2020, controversial social media personality Caroline Calloway launched an OnlyFans after posting a series of nude photographs on Twitter. Yesterday, she tweeted that she was in the top ".37% of all creators on OnlyFans."
