Frankencrime wears what he is proudly on his sleeve, indicating a great deal of personal insight and self-awareness and quite possibly a hidden heart of gold. The cop, meanwhile, conceals his own identity beneath a uniform and a demand for authority, and is likely to turn out to just be an asshole.

The Monster was not created evil, evil was thrust upon him by the constant attacks that he faced at every turn. From his father rejecting him, society rejecting him, and to him being blamed for the death of the one soul that did not turn away in fear.

The whole point of Frankenstein is that man is the true monster. Not one man, but man kind. as a whole. Evil.
