7 months ago I shouldn't be reviewing this recipe because I'm not making it until tomorrow. I've got to make a few modifications, and I'd like to report on my success....if it's successful! The changes....Puff pastry, because it's what I have on hand. Ricotta and goat cheese, also what I have on hand. In every other way, I will follow the recipe. Oops....except I'll replace the leeks with chopped scallions. I love leeks, but they are expensive, I have the scallions on hand, and since I'm retired and on a fixed budget, I want to prove that many wonderful dishes like this one can be made with less expensive ingredients....and still be wonderful. 0 0 o Reply Ľ
