About K.K. Slider
In 2001, the video game Animal Crossing was released for the Nintendo 64 in April, and the Nintendo Gamecube in December. The game’s plot was similar to the Sims: Live your life in a new town, making friends along the way.
Every Saturday at 8:00 o’clock (in-game time), you could visit the train station and see K.K. Slider a.k.a Totakeke. Talk to him and he would greet you and play you a song.

Through soundfonts and programs like FL Studio, Mario Paint Composer, and Guitar Pro, any song could be “performed” by K.K.
Youtube users discovered that K.K.’s singing style and guitar playing could easily be changed to fit any song.
