These do not refer to what the source material is, but rather, how it has been manipulated. Some examples of Poopisms are: <ul> <li>Deja Vu: Fads that are reused within one artists’ body of work. The intent is self-reference.</li> <li>Ear Rape: Volume is maxed out and distorted. The intention is to annoy.</li> <li>Erosion: The image’s colors and details are slowly eroded.
