Amy Klobuchar Vore Comic is a piece of shock media featuring a vore illustration of a woman with brown hair eating and digesting a woman with blonde hair. Several years after the comic's publication, some joked that the comic resembled 2020 democratic presidential candidate Amy Klobuchar.

Origin

On January 20th, 2015, DeviantArt ^[1] user HofBondage posted the comic with the title "Request – Voring tryout." They wrote of the comic, "Well, this was something different! Never tried a vore-piece before, and now that I have, I'll likely not do so again. :) It really isn't my thing, after all. Still, it was a fun experiment!" Before being removed, the image received more than 30,000 views and 330 favorites (shown below).

Spread

On February 18th, 2020, Twitter user @DuckAlertsNOW tweeted a Facebook post by someone named ^[2] "Alex" with the caption "Amy Klobuchar fan art! Taking a bite out of the trump family 😜 #KLOBZ #THEKLOBBERER #AmyPleaseThrowStaplersAtMe." Within two days, the tweet received more than 10,000 likes and 840 retweets (shown below, left).

That day, Twitter^[3] account @WeWuzBoomers shared the post from Facebook. Within 24 hours, the tweet received more than 7,000 likes and 685 retweets (shown below, center). Additionally, that day, Redditor ^[4] twohatchetmuse posted the comic in the /r/cringetopia subreddit, where it received more than 400 points (98% upvoted) in less than 24 hours.

Many reacted negatively to the image, referring to it as cringe and cursed (exmaple below, right).

On February 19th, The Daily Dot ^[5] published an article about the comic.
