About
Gorilla In A Fucking Coupe refers to the lyrics from Chief Keef's 2014 song "Faneto," which read "I'm a gorilla in a fuckin' coupe, finna pull up to the zoo," meaning he's strong like a gorilla and rich enough to drive a coupe. Following the song's release, the lyrics inspired memes and shitposts posturing about being a gorilla in a coupe, coupling the lyrics with images of Koko the gorilla sitting in a white car and other images of gorillas.

On October 2nd, 2014, rapper Chief Keef released the song "Faneto," including the lyrics: "I'm a gorilla in a fuckin' coupe, finna pull up to the zoo," meant to posture, calling himself tough like a gorilla and rich due to the car (shown below).
