About

Have You Ever Played Blox Fruits, continued, With Your Life on the Line While Having a Bunch of Mangoes In Your Mouth? refers to a copypasta and viral TikTok audio of a deep-voiced Trollge character talking about playing a perilous game of Blox Fruits (a Roblox game) with mangoes in his mouth and calling the mentality required for the task Dark Mango Psychology. The script riffed on a famous line in the football-themed anime and manga Blue Lock, reading, "Have you ever played a game of soccer with your life on the line?" The TikTok video touched on ironic memes about phonk music, most notably mango phonk. The video's TikTok sound gained widespread use in mid-2025.

Origin

On May 19th, 2025, TikToker[1] @rip_mango20 posted a video of a Trollge character and an all-caps text caption reading, "DARK MANGO PSYCHOLOGY EXPLAINED." The character has a deep voice and initially asks the viewer, "Have you ever played Blox Fruits with your life on the line while having a bunch of mangoes in your mouth?" He then says, "Well, this is called Dark Mango Psychology." The question was based on a line from the anime and manga Blue Lock.[7] Over 16 days, the video received roughly 133,800 likes (shown below).

Copypasta

Have you ever played Blox Fruits with your life on the line while having a bunch of mangoes in your mouth? Well, this is called "Dark Mango Psychology." Now, in Dark Mango Psychology, you realize the mangoes ain't just your normal mangoes. They are dark. And when you eat the mango, you realize that the serotonins inside of the mangoes go all the way to your brain. And then when it enters your brain and reaches the membrane, it activates something inside of you. You start to look at people like seeds — seeds waiting to get sprouted, seeds waiting to enter your tummy. And when that happens, you realize that you're somewhere deep — somewhere very deep, somewhere you don't want to be. Want to guess where that is? Blox Fruits Second Sea!

Spread

In the following weeks, TikTokers used the original video's TikTok sound[2] for their own memes. For instance, on May 25th, 2025, TikToker[3] @_purplepinkgirl_ posted a photo, which showed a Trollge edited over the Blue Lock page that the copypasta's based on. The image also showed JellyBean and Diddy as two of the Blue Lock characters in the bottom frame. Over 10 days, the photo received over 155,900 likes (shown below).
