He Just Like Me Fr is a reaction image of Chainsaw Man character Denji looking at a TV and screaming that the person he's looking at is literally him while crying. Based on a recaptioned manga panel, the reaction image saw extensive use as a meme online starting in mid-2021.
Origin
On November 16th, 2020, chapter 93 You & Crappy Movies of the Chainsaw Man manga series was released.[1] At the beginning of the chapter, the main protagonist Denji watches girls holding a sign with his name on it. Denji grabs the television with his hands and cries out that "ladies really love him" (panels shown below).
Sometime prior to May 30th, 2021, Twitter[8] user @DatChaosGuy recaptioned the panels, turning the page into a Literally Me type reaction image (shown below).
On May 30th, 2021, Twitter[2] user @thatboyjozu made the earliest found reply with the image, with the tweet gaining 180 likes in two years (shown below).

On July 12th, 2021, Twitter[3] gimmick account @reactjpg archived the reaction image, with the post gaining over 70 retweets and 550 likes in two years.
Spread
The reaction image saw extensive use online in 2021 and 2022, notably used on Twitter, Tumblr, iFunny and other websites. For example, on January 26th, 2022, an unknown Tumblr[4] user replied with the image to a Robert Downey Jr. Comments No Bitches meme, with the exchange gaining over 9,300 likes and reblogs in one year (shown below).
On January 1st, 2022, YouTuber[5] Vanegood posted a voiced version of the meme that accumulated over 115,000 views in one year (shown below).
In addition to being used as a reaction, the image has also been edited as an exploitable format with users inserting various characters into it. For example, on May 23rd, 2022, Redditor warm-ice posted a Komi Can't Communicate / JoJo's Bizarre Adventure version of the meme that received over 810 upvotes in the /r/ShitPostCrusaders[6] subreddit in eight months. November 29th, 2022, iFunny[7] user IamNoble posted a Pokemon meme that garnered over 1,400 smiles on the app in two months (shown below, right).

Oh Man… He's Just Like Me! refers to an image of a neckbeard sitting on a couch watching the TV and saying, "oh man… he's just like me!" as if relating to the character on-screen. The image first appeared online in 2014 and became an exploitable in later years where the image of the character on the screen is replaced with someone who is considered typically relatable despite having no real qualities that relate to the average fan.
