Hmmm… 2 Tits 1 Pussy is an exploitable meme based on a comic drawn by cartoonist George Trosley. The original image features a man and a woman sizing each other up as they walk towards each other, with the woman thinking about the man's height and credentials while the man simply thinks, "Hmmm… 2 Tits 1 Pussy." The meme has since been edited to replace the woman and man's thoughts in various humorous configurations.

George Trosley^[1] is a cartoonist known for his works in CARtoons and Hustler. The exact origin of the image featuring a man thinking, "Hmmm… 2 Tits 1 Pussy" is unknown, however, the image made an appearance on the internet as early as 2008.

Spread

On June 29th, 2017, Tumblr^[2] user @murdernachos posted a version of the meme in which the woman is made to be thinking about the BORN TO DIE / WORLD IS A FUCK catchphrase (seen below, left). On May 3rd, 2019, an unknown Redditor^[3] posted a version of the image to /r/ComedyNecrophilia, gathering over 100 upvotes in four years (seen below, right).

On August 30th, 2020, the X^[4] account @reactjpg made the the earliest known post using a version of the meme in which the girl is made to be thinking, "once again I find myself wondering if I will ever know happiness… long to feel just okay. less numb. for longer than a moment. why can't I maintain long term joy? will I ever actually make anything of my life?" The post has since been reposted by various pages, including by X^[5] user @northstardoll who gathered over 17,000 likes in 2023 (seen below, left).

On October 21st, 2023, X^[6] user @whotfisjovana posted a version of the meme that gathered over 77,000 likes on X (seen below, right).
