About

Kanye "Runaway" Outro / RAAAUUUUGHHH refers to a series of videos, predominantly from TikTok, showing rapper Kanye West running to an altered sound that has a deep voice making the noise, "RAAAUUUUGHHH," usually written in all caps, similar to the AUGHHHH sound effect. Internet users humorously likened the sound to Ye's song "Runaway," pretending it was the song's outro. The clip of Ye running is from the first minute of his Runaway film based on the song. The original RAAAUUUUGHHH sound was made by TikToker @lil_culture in 2022. TikToker @music_4dayz resurfaced the sound in early 2025, creating the full meme trend in which TikTokers added random CapCut filters and effects to the video of Ye running and further adjusted the RAAAUUUUGHHH sound by making sped-up and slowed versions. The sound was also used for TikTok slideshows in early 2025.
