"30", colloquially known as the "Okay Okay Okay Song," is a song made by rapper Fukkit, produced by Captiancrunch Beats and released by VoidTracks on YouTube and Soundcloud. Near the beginning of the song, the rappers say "Okay, Okay, Okay, Okay," followed by a bass drop, which has been boosted in numerous videos on YouTube and Vine.

Origin

On October 16th, 2015, VoidTracks uploaded Fukkit – 30 onto YouTube and Soundcloud. The YouTube video now has over 1.6 million views (shown below, left).^[1] The SoundCloud video, however, got removed.^[2] It wasn't until May 29th, 2016 when the first video on YouTube to boost the bass drop was uploaded. This video was made by YouTuber YoutubeBassBooster.^[4] The video has over 875,000 views (shown below, right).^[3]

Spread

The song quickly spread around Vine and YouTube. In Vine videos, the song with the bass-boosted drop is most often used. A common joke using the song shows different images of a character on every "Okay," and when the bass drops, the image changes to a poor imitation of the character. Many Vine compilations have gotten hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. For example, a compilation by BoundlessDragon gained over 490,000 views (shown below, left). Another by Memelicious gained over 207,000 (shown below, right).

On July 2nd, 2016,, YouTube user Bass Dragon uploaded a Bass Boosted video of the song, which would get over 1.1 million views (shown below).^[5]
