About

Nick Eh 30, also known as NickEh30 or Nicholas Amyoony, is a Canadian Fortnite streamer on Twitch and YouTube who gained eminence in the late 2010s and early 2020s. Early on in his career, Nick Eh 30 branded himself as a family-friendly streamer, allowing him to grow an audience of mostly children. His streams often included Fortnite role-playing in which he organized groups of fans to recreate movie scenes, among other scenarios, for his videos. In mid-2023, Nick Eh 30 gained ironic adoration from meme creators on TikTok, Twitter and other platforms, who portrayed Nick Eh 30 as cringy in the memes and videos made about him. For instance, he earned negative attention for a video of him saying, "You're the king? I'm the king!" in a Transformers and Optimus Prime-related role-play.

Nick Eh 30's online presence started on December 21st, 2014, when he uploaded his first YouTube[1] video, a "Bow Tips & Tactics" video for The Last Of Us remastered. Nick Eh 30's YouTube videos quickly gained more engagement in 2018. For instance, on June 18th, 2018, he uploaded what became his most-viewed YouTube[4] video of his first five years of uploading, gaining roughly 44 million views in five years (shown below). A few days later, on June 23rd, Nick Eh 30 reached 1 million subscribers on YouTube.[5] Multi-million-view videos persisted on his channel going into the early 2020s.

Thereafter, Nick Eh 30 branded himself as a family-friendly streamer due to the younger demographic of his audience.[6] This included no cursing or lewd comedy. Ultimately, the choice to be family-friendly set him apart from his contemporaries like Ninja and others.[6]

Nick Eh 30 vs. Trolls
