About
The Ohio Queen refers to Japanese TikToker Natuecoco (@natuecoco) who became known on TikTok due to her TikTok Lives with Satoyu0704, also known as the Ohio Final Boss, in which they pretended to be anime protagonists through cosplaying and emoting. After Satoyu0704 was ironically dubbed the "Ohio Final Boss" in late 2022, Natuecoco was next in line and became a part of the growing Ohio lore on the app that also included the King of Ohio, also known as Don Pollo. Many labeled the Ohio Queen as an NPC or inserted her into powerscaling edits along with the Ohio Final Boss' catchphrase "Made in Ohio."
Online History
The Ohio Queen's real name is Natsue Coco (夏絵 ココ) but she also goes by Eringi.[2] She started her online presence on Twitch in 2019. Ohio Queen on TikTok
In February 2022, Natsue Coco retired from Twitch and shifted her Live focus to TikTok Live. On February 4th, 2022, TikToker[6] Satoyu0704, also known as the Ohio Final Boss, posted a video that showed a screen recording of a collab Live between him and Natuecoco in which they pretended to be NPCs and battled for prizes. Over the course of nine months, the video received roughly 327,400 plays and 13,300 likes and is the first-known video that shows the duo on Live (shown below, left). Going into March 2022, the two became notable TikTok Live partners in Japanese meme circles. For instance, on March 12th, 2022, Natuecoco posted a TikTok[7] that used her and Satoyu0704's faces in a video meme format, gaining roughly 758,700 plays and 15,500 likes in eight months (shown below, right).

In late October 2022, the audience of Satoyu0704's TikTok Lives became predominantly English-speaking and dubbed him the "Ohio Final Boss" due to three factors: him saying "Ohayo" (which means "Good morning" in Japanese) during his streams, the popularity of Ohio memes on TikTok and the "Final Boss" trend started by the Romanian Final Boss. Thereafter, many "powerscaling" edits were made that pinned him against TikToker Don Pollo, also known as the King of Ohio.
Due to Satoyu0704's increasing virality under the new "Ohio Final Boss" nickname, Natuecoco was also incorporated into the growing lore, being dubbed the "Ohio Queen" because of the duo's frequent collab Lives. On November 9th, 2022, TikToker[8] nonamecharli_tiktok became the first to reference Natuecoco as the "Ohio Queen" in a video that stated, "Every king needs his queen," in reference to the imagined, Japanese, Ohio royalty. Over the course of 19 days, the video received roughly 10,200 plays and over 280 likes (shown below, left). The memes then became more prevalent and viral. For instance, on November 16th, 2022, TikToker[9] valentin_.ma posted a powerscaling edit that received roughly 1.9 million plays and 219,400 likes in nine days (shown below, right).
