Trisha Paytas is an American YouTuber, musician and actress known for her openness with her past and personal affairs.

Online History

Before Trisha Paytas made her online debut, she made 45 television appearances and appeared in a number of music videos. On August 23rd, 2017 YouTuber Chicken Nugget uploaded a video of every television show Trisha Paytas has been on (shown below). The video had gained five million views in two years.

On January 3rd, 2007, Paytas created the blndsundoll4mj YouTube channel. As of February 13th, 2019 the channel has over 4.7 million subscribers.

On January 4th, 2007, Trisha Paytas uploaded her first video which gained 476,848 views and 9,600 likes in 12 years (shown below, left). Her fist videos were mostly dedicated to her love for director Quentin Tarentino. On the same day she upload another video entitled "The Quentin Tarantino Book Club" which garnered 31,000 views in 12 years (shown below, right).

On June 12th, 2014, Paytas started a second vlogging channel that has gained 1,313,436 subscribers and 236,103,357 views in five years.

As of February 13th, 2019, Paytas most popular video on her first channel features questions answered about her and her ex's sex life posted on February 20th, 2016 (shown below, left). The video gained over 119 million views and 100,000 likes in three years. On February 16th, 2015, the Trisha Paytas vlog channel her most popular video has been "Ghostbusters Porn XXX" with over four million views and 6,300 likes in four year (shown below, right).

In addition to her flirtatious videos, Trisha Paytas is known for popularizing Mukbang in America. She is also known for her friendships with YouTubers Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson. For example, Paytas uploaded a Mukbang video with Shane Dawson on January 17th, 2018 which received over five million views in a few months (shown below, left). Earlier that year, Paytas uploaded a video with Jeffree Starr in which they go on a $10,000 shopping spree together at Gucci (shown below, right).The video gained over six million views in in a year.

Additionally, Paytas’ “kitchen floor videos,” in which she sits on her kitchen floor and has breakdowns about a variety of topics, have become an iconic element of her channel On December 14th, 2016, one of the more popular ones was uploaded entitled “im a chicken nugget" which has gained over one million views and 21,000 likes in three months (shown below).

Music Career

On November 26, 2014, Paytas released her first single, a cover of Eartha Kitt's "Santa Baby." As of February 2019 Paytas has uploaded 32 music videos to YouTube and her top itunes plays are songs "Freaky" and "I Love You Jesus".[2] Her most popular videos include "Fat Chicks" with over 12 million views and "Freaky" with over six million views as of February 2019 (show below).

Immigration Rant

On January 15th, 2019, Twitter user Jason Bolaños resurfaced Trisha Paytas deleted video regarding her views on immigration (shown below).


That day, Paytas upload a video entitled "I do NOT support Trump" which has gained 551,000 views and 19,000 likes in a month. She explains that the video does not reflect her current views and that the video was a publicity stunt (shown below).

Vlog Squad Controversy

Trisha Paytas and boyfriend, Jason Nash, ended their relationship after YouTubers David Dobrik’s vlog showed footage of Nash joking about having sex with other women. On January 28, 2019, Dobrik posted the video which was one of his daily 4 minute and 20 second vlogs which has since been taken shown (shown below, left). On February 2nd, Paytas responded with a video describing how the vlog squad was responsible for the breakup (shown below, right).[1] The video has since been taken down.

Nikocado Avocado Controversy

On May 10th, 2019, YouTuber Nikocado Avocado uploaded a video titled, "Exposing Trisha Paytas With Receipts" (shown below). The video gained over 2.3 million views and 139,000 likes in ten days. In the video Nikocado Avocado describes how Trisha Paytas stood him up after they planned to collaborate. He explains in the video that Paytas "ghosted" him and then proceeded to show the internet an edited conversation between them making it seem like Nikocado was an obsessive fan.

On May 16th, Trisha Paytas uploaded a video in which she addressed the incident briefly and wouldn't apologize (shown below, left). The video gained over 533,000 views and the comments have been disabled. On May 18th, YouTuber huh uploaded a shorter video briefly explaining the controversy with short clips of both of their videos (shown below, right). The video gained over 745,100 views in two days. According to Social Blade[3], Trisha Paytas has lost between 5,000 and 10,000 subscribers each day .
