Pink Stanley Girl on the Stairmaster refers to a cliché about women who bring pink Stanley Cups to the gym being experts at the Stairmaster. The idea was expressed in memes on TikTok in early 2025. Many of the videos were from the perspective of men using the Stairmaster next to a "Pink Stanley Girl" who was outperforming them. This then sparks a competitive spirit in the man who aims to outlast the woman. However, the Pink Stanley Girl is portrayed as unphased, left wondering, "Why is the guy next to me trying so hard?" The meme started in February 2025.

On February 6th, 2025, TikToker^[1] @mackdadey posted a video of himself on a Stairmaster with a caption reading, "I will DIE on this stairmaster before I lose to this girl with the pink Stanley," gaining over 3.7 million likes in six days (shown below).

For instance, on February 9th, 2025, TikToker^[2] @nosabogirl posted a video of herself on a Stairmaster with a pink Stanley cup, captioned, "Why is this dude fighting for his life on the Stairmaster while I'm just trying to workout?" gaining over 5.2 million likes in three days (shown below).

On February 10th, TikToker^[3] @kentvegas posted a video of himself dripping sweat while working out on a Stairmaster, captioned, "I will DIE on this stairmaster before I lose to this girl with the pink Stanley," gaining over 2.9 million likes in two days (shown below).
