On March 13th, 2009, Zomato, then known as "Foodiebay" posted its first tweet. [1] The account's earliest viral tweet was posted on November 17th, 2020, and gathered over 3,000 likes in two years (seen below, left).[2] Another early viral meme[3] posted by the account was uploaded on December 9th, 2020, gathering over 2,000 likes in nearly two years (seen below, right).

The account popularized over the years, with subsequent tweets gaining virality. On October 23rd, 2021 the account made a reference[3] to the waqt badal diye meme, gathering over 18,000 likes in over a year (seen below, left). On December 1st, 2021, the account posted a meme that gathered over 6,000 likes in nearly a year (seen below, right).[4]

On February 28th, 2020, Twitter[5] user @utkkut1 posted a video of his conversation with a beaming Zomato driver, gathering over 2,000 likes in over two years (seen below).

Elon Musk Twitter Before & After Tweet
On November 22nd, 2022, @Zomato[7] posted a meme about Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter, gathering over 2,000 likes in nearly a week (seen below). The caption on the tweet appeared to be in reference to a previous tweet by Musk where he tweeted "Namaste 🙏."
