A voiceover meant to represent a typical recipe he might find says, "Here's how you make my super easy, two ingredient, low calorie, no bake, no refrigerate, no flour, no sugar, no gluten, no egg, no carb, no fat," then transitions into rapping while continuing to list things as @adam.tfm dances. Near the end of the video, the chef stops rapping, continues talking about the recipe, and @adam.tfm closes the computer.
