Tweet Added To Your Bookmarks refers to an exploitable image that references the Twitter bookmark tool feature, often paired with popular memes like Elmo Freestyle, Arthur and more. The meme was popularized around January 2021, receiving various adaptations and is mainly used as a comical response to tweets that are not safe for work.
Origin
On February 28th, 2018, Twitter[1] announced a new bookmark function to save tweets. The company's post about the new feature (shown below) garnered 5,800 likes and 3,400 retweets in five years.
The expression "tweet added to your bookmarks" became highly used after the release of the function. For example, on November 10, 2019, Twitter[2] user @Kuntry_Zolanski posted a Family Guy GIF to show how she uses the social media feature to save her favorite tweets. On January 11th, 2021, Twitter[3] user @reactjpg uploaded an edited image of Arthur hiding the "tweet added to your bookmarks" message inside his coat. The post (shown below, left) garnered 72 likes and 6 retweets in two years. A Reddit[4] version of the meme was posted by user /u/RegularNoodles on February 25th, 2021, showing Arthur hiding the "post saved" message. The post (shown below, right) garnered 82,900 upvotes and 415 comments in two years.
Another common version of the meme features the Elmo Freestyle kid paired with the message "tweet added to your bookmarks." For example, on December 28th, 2021, Twitter[5] user @AgentMace12 responded to a tweet sharing drawing tips using the Elmo exploitable, which garnered 110 likes in two years.

On May 29th, 2023, Twitter[6] user @stfumyfriend used a close-up image of Vegeta from the Dragon Ball series smiling, paired with the "tweet added to your bookmarks" message in response to a tweet about finding an adult video's origin. The post (shown below) garnered 227 likes and one retweet in a month.
A GIF using an edited video of creator @BKTidalWave hitting the Twitter bookmark button gained interest and was frequently reused on the platform. For instance, Twitter[7] user @vampolarstudios posted the gif (shown below) on June 12, 2020, garnering 5 likes in three years.
