About
Unlimited Genocide on the First World refers to a series of leftist exploitable memes that typically combine the aforementioned catchphrase with an image of the first Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huang throwing fireballs. The meme alludes to a branch of far-left thought that calls for an anti-imperial Maoist revolution in which the oppressed workers of the so-called "Third World" nations seize the means of global production. The quintessential art style featured in such "Unlimited Genocide on the First World" memes was popularized after the year 2022 by artist and X / Twitter user @FuknSlammer.
Origin
While the exact origins of the original "Unlimited Genocide on the First World" meme are unconfirmed, a logo seen on the red map of China behind the image of Emperor Qin Shi Huang resembles that of the "Leading Light Communist Organization" or "LLCO," an internationally operating communist group.
The image shows Qin Shi Huang, the first Chinese Emperor, throwing fireballs at the Twin Towers alongside text that reads, "Unlimited Genocide on the First World" and "Long Live the Qinism-Lin-Biaoism," a reference to both Qin and "Lin Biao," a communist general during the Chinese Civil War in the 1940s. The image also contains a photo of troops standing next to the American flag and the Nazi SS symbol, as well as the words, "Our Day Is Coming."

The earliest known record of the images posted online comes from Twitter / X,[1] as seen in a May 5th, 2020, tweet by user @ppwMLM. Text across the top of the screenshot reads, "A recent LLCO press release."
On May 5th, 2022, X[2] user @fuknslammer posted a version of the meme that combined artwork parodying a Norman Rockwell painting by former LLCO member Shubel Morgan[3] with Qin Shi Huang throwing fireballs and the text, "Look Who's Coming For Dinner," and "Ultimate Genocide on the First World." The post gathered over 5,000 likes in three years and marks the first notable reiteration of the meme.
