About
Well That's Alright Then! is a memorable quote and catchphrase said by the Toymaker, the main antagonist of "The Giggle," the final episode of the 60th anniversary specials of the British sci-fi series Doctor Who. In the scene, the Toymaker says the phrase after the Doctor tries to justify the deaths of his past companions. Online, the catchphrase has been widely used in a series of image macros captioned with moments from the show.
Origin
In the final 60th anniversary special of Doctor Who, the Toymaker, a villain who last appeared in the 1960s, returns for revenge against the Doctor. He makes the Doctor and his companion, Donna, watch a puppet show explaining to Donna what the Doctor did after he left her. An upload of the scene by Twitter[5] user @gravitycntrd is shown below.

In the puppet show, the Toymaker brings down dolls of three of the Doctor's past companions, Amy Pond, Clara Oswald and Bill Potts, all of whom had died as a result of the Doctor's actions. After the Doctor attempted to justify each, the Toymaker yelled "Well that's alright then!" in a strong American accent which got louder each time.
