Windows 98 Commercial (aka Windows X commercial Windows 98 style) is a mash-up which follows the same style of the Windows 98 commercial but with a different version of Windows (XP, Vista, ect.). The video contains short clips while the soundtrack of the original commercial plays in the background. Most remixes show the feautures of the operating system in question (wheather the features are new or not).

Origin

The meme originates from a 1998 commercial for Windows 98. The music played is a condensed version of "Ludwig's Boogey" from KT5's "Hi-Tech Volume 1" album. Notice that each clip changes after almost every note of the song.

Where do you want to go today

"Where do you want to go today" is the slogan of Windows 98, the slogan appears multiple times in the video itself in both the original and remixes. It is usually what text is typed or what text is on screen.
