Pop-tract Effective as of August 1st in the year of 2016, this contract will serve as the agreement between James and Amanda Bouhuys regarding the purchases of Funko Pops! - As of August 1st, James shall only be allotted $30 per week on purchasing Funko Pops. Monthly, James shall not spend more than the amount of weeks in a month multiplied by the $30 limit. See Monthly schedule below. > Funds replenish on Fridays and are determined based on the amount of Fridays within the month. If James breaks the maximum allowance per month, James will lose that amount for the following month. For instance, if James spends $150 in August with a maximum allowance of $120, he will lose $30 for September. This weekly/monthly limit will not include the following: Gifts for others SDCC week NYCC week Boston Comic Con Week Star Wars Convention Week Any other special event where Exclusive/Limited Pops are released (including Funko Shop Limited Numbers) Shipping Charges for Pops purchased online Chase pops found at retail price Any and all Subscription Boxes/Specialty Boxes Related to them Amanda buying any pops at all. Special Circumstances: > If James sells any current possessions (pops, WWE figures, movies, games, etc.), this money can be added to an "emergency pop fund" account that James can spend as he pleases. > If James buys Pops for anyone else, that money will not be counted toward his weekly allowance. If he gets cash from recipient, this will simply go into his regular money account.
