As someone born into wealth and privilege by parents who were DEFINITELY not born into wealth and privilege, I would believe a more grounded take would be:
"If you work hard enough, with a shit-ton of luck and a lot of sacrifices, your financial options are pretty decent"
Also, discounts. Take every goddamn price reduction opportunity you can get.
