There actually are mobile games that use pin pulling mechanics.

I actually like those.

The problem is, like the tags say, a lot of ads feature them in but they aren't there in the actual game.

What's the point? It's just going to piss off people who find out your game isn't what you said it would be. All of the games I do have on my phone used gameplay footage in their ads.
