La Nenecha Diario (a word play on <i>La Derecha Diario</i> [The Right-wing Daily], itself a word play on <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Izquierda_Diario">La Izquierda Diario</a></i> [The Left-wing Daily]), but with <i>Derecha</i> being replaced with <i><b>Nene</b>cha</i>, <i>nene</i> being a colloquial way to refer to a young kid). La Derecha Diario usually uses an emoji to indicate the relevant country of a news, in this meme they use the Honduras flag emoji instead of the Argentine flag one as to lampoon them.
2. "Almuerzo Defiambrez" (a deformation of "cold meat meal") is a punny way to refer to <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alberto_Fern%C3%A1ndez">Alberto Fernández</a>, the current president of Argentina and considered to be left-wing. The fictional tweet says that he plans to outlaw private property, "or something like that, dunno, I didn't understood what he meant".
3. ElBuni (a famous Twitter Argentina figure) is lampooned for posting memes that people treat as real news. It does not help that he usually posts actual news, and that he does not disclose that the memes are just memes.
4. The person who replies expressing his anger over the news of the president intending to make private property illegal is named <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarcho-capitalism">Ancap</a> has a deformed version of the snake present in the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gadsden_flag">Gadsden flag</a> as their avatar and has a handle that makes a reference to the FirstName BunchOfNumbers meme. <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risotto">Risoto</a> en la caripela</i> is a punny way to say "<i>risa en la cara</i>" (the full sentence would be a more crass manner to say "they're laughing in our faces").
