This entry contains content that may be considered sensitive to some viewers.

About

If Kids Ran the Airport refers to a children's animation, partly created with AI Video tools, imagining how an airport would be different if children ran it, using examples like, "the boarding passes would be chocolate bars" and "security checks, just walk through a unicorn that sneezes sprinkles." The video went viral on TikTok in mid-2025, spawning a series of brainrot and lobotomy videos that added obscure, deep-fried visual and audio effects. A claim also went viral that the If Kids Ran the Airport video came from an explicit Telegram group sharing "CP" or CSAM. The claim was aimed at the video's creator, KidPower HQ, who allegedly used code words for "CP" like "cheese pizza," "chocolate bars" and "ice cream."

Origin

On July 8th, 2025, YouTuber[1] KidPower HQ shared a video called "If Kids Ran the Airport," which was an AI-generated animation of kid characters, seen operating different parts of an airport with childish rules like "the boarding passes would be chocolate bars" and security checks being "a unicorn that sneezes sprinkles." Over eight days, the video received over 18,800 views (shown below).

KidPower HQ also shared the video on TikTok, likely around the same time, to their TikTok[2] account @kidpower.hq. The account was deleted or suspended sometime in July 2025. Many TikTokers[3][4] made videos about the account's removal on July 15th.

The video was also posted to the KidPower HQ Instagram[5] account, @kidpowerhq_s, on July 9th, 2025, gaining over 8,700 likes in a week (shown below).

Script / Copypasta

If kids ran the airport, the boarding passes would be chocolate bars. Security checks? Just walk through a unicorn that sneezes sprinkles. Every plane serves unlimited pizza. Even the pilot eats with you. Flight delays come with trampoline zones and cotton candy clouds. And your suitcase? A talking backpack that tells jokes. So, where would you fly if kids ruled the skies?

On July 9th, 2025, TikToker[6] @belphegor_soul_devourer posted a deep-fried and edited version of the video, akin to brainrot memes, gaining over 159,300 likes in a week (shown below).

CP Allegations

On July 15th, 2025, TikToker[8] @f3.ver posted a video in which he echoed claims that KidPower HQ, the creator of the If Kids Ran the Airport meme, was allegedly promoting a Telegram link in their Instagram bio that led to group sharing explicit images of children, known by the acronym "CP" in algospeak.

The TikToker claimed that phrases like "cheesey pizza," or "cheese pizza," and the "🍕" emoji were code words and symbols for "CP," as corroborated by news outlets like the Telegraph,[11] which were used by KidPower HQ in their videos, captions and bios.

The TikToker's video on the topic received over 27,400 likes in a day (shown below).

As of July 16th, KidPower HQ does not have a Telegram link in their YouTube or Instagram account bios. The KidPower HQ TikTok[2] account, @kidpower.hq, was also deleted or suspended sometime on or before July 15th, 2025, according to multiple TikTokers[3][4] on that day.

In his video's description, TikToker[8] @f3.ver told viewers to "please mass report" the KidPower HQ TikTok account, possibly contributing to the account's removal.

The "CP" claims are ultimately unconfirmed, but top comments on TikToker[8] @f3.ver's video mention comments left on a different video from a TikToker[9] named @usa__kids. However, the @usa__kids account was also removed sometime in mid-July 2025 for unknown reasons.

On July 15th, 2025, TikToker[10] @gerberttheegg echoed the CP claims against KidPower HQ in a video, gaining over 426,400 likes in a day (shown below).
