Oh geez, what the hell is going on with our image gallery right now.
I'm not rustled, but it seems a fleet of ships has parked in the harbor, if you know what I'm saying.

So I was playing on a medieval server in TF2 about 10 minutes ago, and I sprayed while forgetting that I still had my pony spray selected. Then, about 10 minutes later, the entire server is complimenting me on my taste in sprays, there are pony sprays all over the server, and people are continuously staring at my spray instead of actually defending the points.

It's safe to say that I'm adding that server to my favorites. This is my spray for those wondering:

I mean, shipping is okay to a ceratin degree, but I'm starting to think it was like certain parts of Amsterdam in our image gallery
(no offense Dutch folk; Amsterdam's a beautiful city, but unfortunately, that area is one of the more widely known)

You know what really grinds my gears? Almost every freaking person I know calls it MLP:FiM. What's wrong with that you ask? The "I" from "Is" should be capitalized! It's "Friendship Is Magic" and "FIM" not "Friendship is Magic" and "FiM"! The rules of title capitalization clearly state that all verbs should be capitalized and "Is" is a verb last I checked. Y NO ONE KNOW GRAMMAR?!

And that, forum, is what really grinds my gears.

I'm screwed. Kid can't keep his mouth shut to save his life.

Don't worry about it. Just say you were looking for pictures of memes, and explain that MLP happens to be pretty big these days. You don't have to admit to actually being in the fandom or to enjoying those particular images. If that fails, you can always just say that you think the images are funny but you don't follow the show.

Sorry to everyone for the lack of SynchTube last night. I finished my work at around 1:30am, and really wasn't in the mood for ponies. I know the feeling 'not-in-the-mood-for-ponies' may be hard to understand for a lot of you, but I assure you that it is indeed a thing. There's nothing stopping anyone from hosting one today though, if anyone was a little disappointed in the lack of pony yesterday.

That is fine, we can always reschedule for another SynchTube.

You should be able to easily downplay your Brothers word as Algernon pointed out. While being labelled as a "Brony" might say something about you; simply looking at a whole bunch of MLP fanart does not and you can underhand your Brother by explaining the situation as simply that.

Older Siblings have such cool advantages such as being more credible to the parental figures. My older Sister was always able to do that.

But if it were me. I'd just say "So what? I can like what I like. Deal with it"

I get away with that because I don't act as though it's some kind of bad thing (like keeping a secret does) and because of that: nobody assumes it is. Just some food for though

I was actually going to make one yesterday, but I got carried away. What time would work best for a synchtube? Are you people up for one today? If so, recommend a time and starting episode.

I'd be up for a synchtube later. I couldn't go yesterday because I had to go to a graduation.

Now, my personal choice would be Applejack or Fluttershy. Since I'm assuming humanity doesn't change at all, it'd be likely science would snatch the pony up if word got out. So I'd prefer somepony I can trust to remain discreet and secret. Fluttershy is a sure thing, as she wouldn't want to be popular or anything as it is. Applejack, while slightly less likely to want to be secret, would be trustworthy, and mostly content working on a farm or whatever. I'm sure I could trust my mom and brother to keep their existence a secret, and any pets I get won't be likely to tell anybody.

All things considered, I think Fluttershy and AJ would be the best choices. What's your opinion on the matter?

You bring up a good point about Fluttershy and Applejack. If I could choose just one I would pick Applejack because she's tough and more likely to survive on Earth.

Just to make things clear, all the ponies are tough but if someone found a pegasus or unicorn in my house, that would raise a lot of questions. That's why i picked Applejack.

Twilight Sparkle because dem magiks:

• Let her use her magic to skip her to the same age as me. No trouble with raising a filly anymore (take away the first few years she's shit at magic).
• Let her use her magic to turn herself into a human. I doubt I can walk over the street without catching eyes next to a pony. But a human wouldn't be a problem. Plus it removes the problem you said about science taking her away. Why would they take away a human?
• Let her use her magic to create money. I'll be filthy rich.

If you want to make her human…make sure it is done right…. she could end up like this…

Well I only really keep it a secret because I don't want to make a big deal out of it, you know? Like if I "confess" I'm a brony, that would seem to make it suspect.

It's just that the image gallery I happened to be attempting to sift through for more… appropriate images was anything but, as it turned out, and I didn't want to attribute any interest to that.

So I panicked and denied I was seeking out pony stuff vehemently.

As another note, my brother cannot maintain a lie for more than a few seconds, unlike myself, who when I was younger was a master of deception. I think he may be the more credible sibling, unfortunately.

But if my parents did ask me about, it I would say I do like it. I just can't explain crap to my brother. I'm really hoping that when the time comes I can use John DeLancie against my mom the trekkie and the end scene of S2 E1-2 against my dad the Star Wars fanboy.

I apologize about all the shipping in the image gallery. But I'm determined to win this war.

I'm going to be the first to say "none". The first reason I say this is because, other than Dac, how many of us actually know how to care for a horse? Horses require exercise, food, cleaning, and a ton of other stuff I don't know about. Furthermore, they smell and take dumps everywhere, and I'm going to assume that the MLP ponies have similar biology to normal horses.

Also, though I didn't like My Little Dashie much, I will say it brought up some points. For example, how will other people react to a cartoon pony in the real world? If the Salem witch trials and all the stupid alien buzz has taught us anything, it's that humans are scared of the unknown. Furthermore, these are horses, except with sentience and the minds of human beings. Thus, they require emotional connection and species of their own to create bonds with.

In addition, I'm in college. I live in a small apartment with 4 other people. There's no room for a horse. Also, I doubt I can even raise a human child, let alone a horse.

And yes, I'm over analyzing. Because it's fun.

Would 5 or 6 CST work for a synchtube? And is anyone interested? Because so far only one person has responded to my question.

I don't believe this would be the same as "care for a horse." Being intelligent, they take care of themselves just fine. As for when they're young, well, human babies are pretty high maintenance as well, so I don't see the difference.

I was leaning toward the same answer, though, because as much as I'd like to hang out with Fluttershy, I don't think I'd want to wish this world on her as opposed to Equestria. Then again, if it was a matter of existence here or not at all, I'd vote for existence every time, no doubt about it.

I took care of that problem long ago by making sure every last one of my siblings has had a chance to see how cool ponies are. Played a little Alex S., a few funny PMVs, had them watch some of the best episodes, and it worked like a charm. At least two of the four can pretty much be called bronies now.

If I had the resources necessary to take care of a pony, I would pick Twilight. I am a bit of a book worm myself and I love to chat about science and interesting facts about the universe like the information capacity of the brain (for those who are wondering it has been estimated between 100-10 terabytes of information ).

Not over-thinking this at all, I'd choose Twilight Sparkle. I live on a farm, so taking care of her until she's old enough to take care of herself is no problem. Out of all of the Mane 6, I also think she's the most like me. She's kind of dorky (but in a good way), and would be fun to hang around with. I mean really, which other pony would do nerd-stuff with me?

And, of course, magic is cool.

To tell the truth, for a mane 6 member, I'd choose Pinkie Pie, mainly because I want to know what in her childhood casued her to become the way she is in the show. Such as blissful character. But I'd also try to help her not be like "Pinkimena", and find out what caused that as well.
And for any of the mane 6: a lifespan for 80 years, and I'm the only one to get one?
The first time she scrapes a hoof, or when one of her mane hairs falls out…
