-A coup in Opus has removed the king from power due to his failure to be decisive in the tensions with Ruthenia over lost territory. Now relegated to a simple figurehead, the king has no power. The new government has sworn to regain what the communists have stolen and return Opus to its position of great power in Europe.

-Saruhan has invaded Greece, occupying the country and claiming to annex it. Their Balkan neighbors, too distracted with the threat that the Central Empire poses, have adopted a policy of appeasement. As a result, the emboldened Turkish state has also claimed Albania.

-Biologists have made a breakthrough in carapace armor. New strains of crab warriors are grown with the hardened shells becoming heavier, harder hitting, and most importantly, tougher to kill. The giant crab is mutating its own defensive shielding as well. Steel plating has been riveted to the joints to ensure defense of all weak points.

-All attempts to affix jet turbines to The Crab have failed to lift it off the ground. The dream of a flying nation cannot be accomplished. However, the attempt has inspired some engineers and, using the failed project's materials, they have significantly augmented The Crab's movement speed over land.

-The crabs mutate a kind of telepathy, allowing the emergence of a hive mind centered around The Crab. This hive can connect with humans after a brief physical encounter, altering their DNA significantly, allowing gradual assimilation through mutation into the hive cluster as a fellow crab-creature.

-Smaller, more agile strains of crabs have perfected burrowing and hibernation techniques, allowing them to ambush enemies and retreat in unfavorable positions.

Nobody knows who these guys are or where they came from, but it might be a Metal Gear reference, which can only spell good things for the entire country.

-Giant Leader has formed WOLFHOUND, a not-so-secret organization specializing in espionage. He has developed a unique kind of martial art for his agents known as CQC, or Cause Quiet Cuts.

-Due to Hueynation's association with the Axis powers Narthuria has seized much of Angola, leaving only a enclave of territory in the Congo jungles under Hueynation control. The sweeping offensive has caught Hueynation defenses off guard for the most part, forcing them to retreat. Zeke has been successfully pulled back into the jungle and is now fully armed, ready for a counter-attack.

-An absolutely inordinate amount of soldiers and firepower is unleashed upon Bohemia. The country is overtaken in less than a week and is immediately annexed. Witnesses describe the spectacle as "unnecessarily over-the-top." A similar, but much smaller surge is sent into Italy after Andalucia declared war.

-Due to Genzodia's participation in the Northern Defensive Pact, the Empire is now at war with Cheswick and Denmark. This war is not yet over…

-As a result of the Empire's show of force, most of the Balkan states have joined in a coalition together. Hungary has mobilized, declaring that they are ready for a Balkan war.

-The Comintern has mobilized on the border, with Ruthenian and Lithuanian forces moving into offensive positions within Poland.

-Enemy spies have been harassing the western coastline, blowing up drydocks and supply warehouses and generally causing chaos.

-A giant mech, known as "Furor Teutonicus," is being built in Germany. It resembles a man, wields a sword and shield, and is over one hundred feet tall.

-Cheswick has attacked in Gaul and Andalucia. Al-Andalus is thrown into chaos as their military, distracted by operations in Italy, was unable to repulse the attack successfully.

-Opus and the Aztec Empire have displayed an interest in joining the Axis to reclaim lost territory.

Cheswick

-The communist governments of Lithuania and Poland have demanded the relinquishment of the free cities in their territory. The guild has refused, instead fortifying the locations. As of yet there has been no attempt to retake the cities, but battle lines have been drawn around them. Riga and Danzig are now effectively Cheswick colonies.

-After a refusal to evacuate from Amsterdam and a Cheswick declaration of war upon the Central Empire, the Guild has found itself attacked by Imperial armies, which have captured the city and the guild's assets within.

-Much of the guild's military components are attached to Cheswick forces upon the victory in Al-Andalus. Guild mercenaries have garrisoned several cities and forts there.

-Science and education grants are being handed out left and right, bolstering the fragile employment rates in Cheswick by providing jobs in research and development.

-A mission is launched to the moon. Astronauts successfully land on the surface and return home. The event has been a mark of good prestige for Cheswick internationally, but within the country people have criticized the Guild for squandering money that could be better spent making bombs or bullets.

-As warfare engulfs the world, the Guild has swept in under the guise of trans-national corporate entities to buy out failing or destroyed businesses, gaining ownership of huge swaths of land and large building complexes within other sovereign countries.

Such heavy traffic has alarmed the country, although Narthuria guarantees that an invasion is not taking place, and warns New Ireland to stay out of it.

-Mech walkers are implemented in the police forces. To inspire courage and pride, police battalions are told to give themselves code names from creatures of ancient myth and utilize unique color schemes for their armor paint. The most famous squadron, the Mecha Tengus, have been requested by the Emperor for the war effort.

I send this message because i am very dissapointed in most of you, your failure to react to the inmediate threats in our land by not only aztecs but communist revolutions have proven your goverments are a mess, your leaders don't know how to lead you or they are doing so in the wrong way.

The fatherland has been betrayed and attacked, not by the Comintern, not by savage tribes or saboteurs but by the erratic and cold alliance forces. They have no other motive other than to destroy us all, this isn't just a war but a fight of survival for our families and our people as a whole. It isn't a choice that we go to war against them, it is a basic natural function to defend ourselves and to erase this beast from the world.

They might have demanded that you succumb to their borders, maybe they have forced modernisation upon your people, attempted to change who your are and what you are. If you have decided to stay stalwart against their demands it is only a matter of time before you are eradicated.

The Axis isn't just another petty alliance but a brotherhood of nations who's common ground is the perpetuation of their peoples lives. There is no imposition of laws new laws of agreements just cooperation.

The party proposes the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact. A pact of non aggression between the two factions. All members of both factions are to adopt a policy of passiveness towards each other. No hostile actions.

I believe that after the recent events the Axis nations will understand this deal and with no action being taken against the Comintern and the complete dissolution of the Commonwealth the Party hopes that their is no existing unrest.

The Empire wishes to come to a deal on the Balkans, a split of the territory between Hungary and Saruhan.

With Northern support the war will be quick and effortless, with easy territory gain on both sides.

Hungary's enthusiastic attitude about reclaiming the Balkans needs to be backed up with steel. They must understand that they will be going it alone if they attack at the next instant. Are they capable of handling it themselves?

Al-Andalus is advised to shore up its defence and counter-attack immediately

A demand is made to Denmark to surrender or be trodden.

Japan is praised for its conquest into Manchuria

A request is made that all Axis members immediately expel all Central Guild operations from their territories. This faction is literally doing nothing but lining its own pockets by leaching off of the planet as whole. This money then leads all the way back into the hands of the Allies which means we are essentially funding our own demise. The fact that majority of the world is still passive towards their blatant money laundering is beyond confusing.

I wasn't talking about the pact but rather the relationship between two nations, why would I have invaded Denmark and Italy otherwise.

The Empire only "angered" or went to war with one (now defunct 3 turns ago) state and during that time it only lost territory. There was also a mountain of diplomacy involved.

It is the allies who are the aggressors here, in more ways than one.

You attempts at slandering our just cause are baseless, we recommend you get back to counting your pennies, your uses are all for naught in arena of great nations.

Titan robot battle has to happen at some point, without a doubt. Also I recommend you invent robot stilts for extra height

Thanks to your reputation among the native Pindoramans, the Arawak and Tucanoa happily take up the offer to join your alliance. They would love any opportunity to have a fair fight against Hueynation.

Carib, being a long-time ally of Hueynation, turns down the offer. They claim that they have no intentions of abandoning Hueynation, but want it to be known that they also will not join the Axis powers.

Tairona, feeling threatened by Hueynation's military positioning, takes up the offer, but is hesitant to actually go to war since they do not have much to gain. They take this move as a security measure, not for ambition.

Chimor does not feel any kind of connection to the conflict and refuses to join your alliance.

There is no nation which fits this criteria, sadly. All of the kingdoms and republics of Hanunah, from Inuit to Tohano, are equal in their distrust of the Aztec.

Red Ruthenia has promised to a non-aggression pact for the time being and has stated that they do have an active interest in spreading communism into the Balkans. They agree to discuss the matter with Saruhan and coordinate efforts for territory rearrangements with them. Relations have cooled with the comintern as a result.

-Several divisions are sent to Europe to reinforce the Imperial army, however, Cheswick naval blockades have made reinforcing these divisions very difficult and, as the war gradually becomes more intensive, it eventually becomes impossible to ship anything overseas due to Cheswick and Central Guild control of the seas.

-Cheswick has engaged in a blockade of the Caribbean and has destroyed Mother Base. Many pitched battles are fought on the sea, resulting in Hueynation defeat. As a result of this attack, Seminole and Carib have upgraded their defensive pact into an alliance, joining the Axis in their war.

-The Atlantic Wall, a string of defensive structures along the coast from Gaul to Denmark, has been constructed. Tesla weaponry makes up the primary armament for these defenses, easily repelling android armies and certain newer models of small mechs. Pillboxes, railguns, and massive pieces of artillery dot the countryside all along the coast. Psykers are also given positions around the defenses, allowing a capability to predict some attacks to give the front an elastic flexibility.

-The armies are redirected to Iberia, again using Tesla weaponry to easily repulse Cheswick armies and retake the northern regions. However, Al-Andalus has failed to uphold their side of the war, and their armies have crumbled in the face of the advancing androids. The Almohads have agreed to unconditional surrender, surrendering their fleet and territories to Cheswick. Italy is seized by Imperial armies and most of the Andalucian armies are placed under the command of the Central Empire.

-Scandinavia is invaded and quickly taken. It seems that the Danes were expecting this, as there was very little resistance and their armies have retreated from the continent to work alongside the Central Guild in seizing Britanny. The Danish royal family, too, has left, now being located in Iceland.

-With the fall of Scandinavia, the free city of Stockholm is seized and Central Guild dominance of the Baltic has ended. The Imperial economy is greatly bolstered by its total control over the sea.

-A new kind of nanorobot is invented which reproduces and consumes just about anything to do so. This new weapon, Grey Goo, is ready for deployment via missile and bomb.

-To the east, The Crab has conquered Poland and its crab armies have stormed across the entire European comintern. The crabs have ravaged the countryside; they are eating humans, and The Crab's shadow is destroying Poland's agriculture, turning the country into a cold desert. Refugees fleeing from this crisis are flooding into the Central Empire, causing an economic disaster as they are unable to be fed, housed, or clothed even by the most charitable enterprises. Looting bands of refugees are roaming the countryside, stealing what they can to survive. Furthermore, a cold storm-front of arctic air, pushed in front of The Crab during its march, has swept across Germany, creating a catastrophic blizzard. Heavy snow fall has clogged major cities and rendered many railways and highways completely unusable. Wind storms have damaged infrastructure as well, unleashing a hurricane upon the eastern half of the Empire.

-Railguns mounted upon battleships bombard the entire Imperial coastline and maintain a blockade, preventing all trade and overseas Axis military support.

-Hueynation is blockaded and the Andes range is fortified, in case of attack from the east. The Caribbean motherbase is also attacked and destroyed. Several naval battles are wages across the sea in the effort to enforce the blockade, typically resulting in major Cheswick victory, although no land battles have occurred.

-Al-Andalus has completely collapsed after the capture of their capital and their armies have joined into the Imperial command structure. The Almohads have been captured and negotiated a peace settlement, agreeing to unconditional surrender. An Imperial blitz has reclaimed the northern coastline, but supply chains have been reestablished through other ports to the south.

-Another landing is attempted in northern Gaul and yet again fails. Imperial armies have heavily fortified the coastline and, in spite of railgun bombardment, their bunkers and defensive emplacements have withstood. Heavy use of tesla weaponry has effectively driven back android assault teams, which are proving to be very weak against the electric weapon.

-Denmark has been forced out of Europe, their government taking up refuge in Iceland. Their armies are now under the command of the Central Guild.

-A new class of warship, the Destroyer, is equipped with state-of-the-art energy shielding. Through the employment of these ships the blockade of Europe is total and complete.

-The guild's production is turned towards warfare, with new mechs and warships being produced in all of their workshops across the empire.

-Brittany is invaded with the support of Denmark and Beothuk. With Al-Andalus defeated and control of the sea uncontested, Narthuria is also able to send several divisions to support the effort. The peninsula is seized using good old-fashioned flesh-and-blood stormtroopers, who prove more successful against the Imperial tesla weapons than androids ever could be. This accomplishment is being flaunted upon the Cheswick android army as a point of pride for humans everywhere.

-Assistance is sent to Ionia in launching their coup.

-The Guild experiences a global market crash, having been suddenly cut off from all of their ports in Axis nations. Merchants have been expelled from ports around the world and properties seized. Especially damaging has been the Aztec seizure of the Nicaragua canal.

-Riga was stepped on by the giant crab and is no more.

I first needed to get the Empire in a position where they can trust me and wait for when they were weak and having their armies being sent out into different places at once was the best time for me to strike, having help from some parties was also a nice bonus.
