Dude, You're Allergic to Eggs or Dude, You're Weak to X is an exploitable image macro meme format based on a scene from Regular Show where Rigby gets taken away in an ambulance after eating an omelet, Mordecai saying to Rigby, "Dude, you're allergic to eggs?" and Rigby answering, "I thought if I ate really fast, maybe I wouldn't notice." The scene comes from the 2012 episode "Eggscellent" and first became the subject of memes in February 2026 on Reddit. As a meme, the characters in the scene are replaced and the caption is changed to reference a weakness that the character in the hospital bed suffers from.

Origin

On February 27th, 2012, season three, episode 17 of Regular Show aired in the U.S. At one point in the episode, titled "Eggscellent," Rigby tries to eat a giant omelet in an attempt to win a trucker hat as part of a restaurant eating challenge. Rigby is allergic to eggs and ends up in a coma. While in the ambulance, Rigby tells Mordecai, "I thought if I ate really fast, maybe I wouldn't notice."^[1][2]

On February 6th, 2026, Redditor u/Old_Phrase_4867 posted a meme based on the scene to the /r/whowouldcirclejerk^[3] subreddit where Flowey from Undertale replaces Mordecai and Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls replaces Rigby. Mordecai is subtitled, "Dude, you're weak to existence erasure!?" Flowey responds, "I thought if I statstomp hard enough maybe I wouldn't notice." The post gained over 1,100 upvotes in 12 days.
