Background

On November 22nd, 2023, the allegations started with a tweet shared by X^[1][2] user @creaktwizz (since-deleted) in which the user shared videos from Instagram accounts named @oc.beers and @ocbeers_ (since-deleted) showing Josh Giddey with a blonde girl who he called "my girl." The "oc" Instagram accounts were "beer" drama accounts based in Orange County (OC), California. @creaktwizz alleged in the tweet that the girl was a junior in high school. The tweet received over 1.2 million views in one day before being deleted^[3] (screenshot shown below).

On November 23rd, 2023, X^[4] user @wstgoat7 posted a similar tweet with the pieces of media originally posted by @creaktwizz. However, @wstgoat7's tweet was not deleted, gaining over 24.2 million views and 45,000 likes in four days (shown below).
