Indian Paragliding Guy, also known by his iconic catchphrase, "Main Madarchod Hoon Jo Isme Aaya", is a viral video featuring an Indian man named Vipin Sahu panicking as he is taken for a guided paragliding trip. The phrase "Main madarchod hoon jo isme aaya" translates to, "I am the motherfucker for getting into this situation." The video went viral soon after it was uploaded in July 2019, and Vipin's colorful and expletive-laden lines give rise to several memes and image macros in subsequent months.
Origin
On July 31st, 2019, Vipin Sahu uploaded a YouTube[1] video titled, "Paragliding in manali || 3500 rupay me jindagi ka full maza || paragliding," which loosely translates to, "Paragliding in (the city of) Manali, fun for a lifetime in 3,500 Rs (approx. $50 USD)." The video depicted him being taken on an assisted paragliding flight and panicking mid-air as he began to slip lower into his harness. The guide strapped in behind him can be heard repeatedly asking Vipin to raise his legs to stop slipping, and Vipin can be heard delivering self-pitying epithets over the course of the whole video. As of 2022, the video has gathered over 15 million views and 500,000 likes in three years (seen below).

The video quickly went viral on the Indian social media sphere In August 2019, with the earliest known mention emerging from Twitter[2] user @GabbbarSingh on August 26th, who gathered nearly 2,000 likes in three years (seen below).

The man featured in the video went on to do interviews with various Indian talk shows,[3] and was even featured in an interview with Vice in 2021.[4] It was then uploaded to the Vice India Instagram account on November 25th, 2021, receiving over 31,000 views in one year (shown below).
