The earliest instance of the phrase "I've Been Blocked Unblocked Unadded Added Hated Loved But I've Never Been Forgotten" appears on an image featuring Nicki Minaj appeared on X (formerly Twitter) on December 25th, 2022, when X^[1] user @whotfisjovana gathered over 42,000 likes in two years (seen below).

On March 5th, 2023, Tumblr^[2] user @calvinandhobbes posted a version of the meme that featured Hannibal, gathering over 9,000 notes in a year (seen below, left). On March 6th, 2023, Instagram^[3] page @solelysanrio posted a version of the meme featuring Hello Kitty, gathering over 14,000 likes in a year (seen below, right).

On April 8th, 2023, Instagram^[4] page @mymoistmemes posted a version of the meme featuring the Blue M&M, gathering over 7,000 likes in a year (seen below, left). On A May 3rd, 2024 post by Tumblr^[5] user @kushblazer666 gathered over 9,000 notes on a meme featuring Soulja Boy and text that read, "I've been blocked, unblocked, unadded, added, hated, loved but I've never been pro Israel" (seen below, right).
