Justin Bieber "Penis, Oh!", also known as Main Theme Penis, is an exploitable meme which uses an audio edit taken from a YouTube Poop by cs188. The audio has been used in several YTPMV remixes.

Origin

The audio edit comes from the cs188^[1] YouTube Poop titled "Justin Bieber Gets Pregnant By Anal Penetration", which is an edit of the Justin Bieber song "Baby ft. Ludacris". The original video was removed, but was reuploaded on June 11th, 2011. Another reupload of the YTP was posted to YouTube by hamster409^[2] on May 7th, 2011, which received over 107,000 views in fifteen years.

On May 23rd, 2026, YouTube^[3] user VvvvvaVvvvvvr posted a YTPMV titled "main theme penis", with Justin Bieber singing "Penis, Penis, Oh!" to the tune of the Hatsune Miku song Looping the Rooms. The video received over 282,000 views in over mone month. A week later, on May 30th, 2026, VvvvvaVvvvvvr posted a full length version of the YTPMV edit to YouTube^[4] which received over 454,000 views in over one month.

On June 1st, 2026, YouTube^[5] user MMaker posted a YTPMV in which the Justin Bieber video is mixed with Hai Yorokonde. The video received over 87,000 views in over one month.

On June 3rd, 2026, YouTube^[6] user dazeolivia posted a YTPMV in which the Justin Bieber video is mixed with the song Cubibibibism (きゅびびびびずむ) from the game NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD. The video received over 121,000 views in over one month.

On June 4th, 2026, YouTube^[7] user pca posted a YTPMV in which the Justin Bieber video is mixed with the song "Field of Hopes and Dreams" from Deltarune and the Kasane Teto song "Machine Love". The video received over 72,000 views in over one month.

On June 5th, 2026, YouTube^[8] user Medic posted a YTPMV in which the Justin Bieber video is mixed with the Queen song "Bohemian Rhapsody". The video received over 70,000 views in over one month.
