About
SMYW is a slang acronym for Show Me Your Willy, which was said by British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in a viral video posted to TikTok in late 2024. The video was a part of his Ramsay Reacts series of TikTok Duets. The term SMYW riffs on similar, precursor abbreviations like SYBAU and SYFM. SMYW memes notably went viral on TikTok in June 2025.
Origin
On October 5th, 2024, Gordon Ramsay posted a Duet on TikTok[1] in which he reacted to a group of college kids making beef wellington. Ramsay said, "Show me your willy," while the guys were cutting it. Over eight months, the video received roughly 299,600 likes (shown below).

On November 20th, YouTuber[5] GorillaMemes reposted the abovementioned video, gaining over 49,700 views in seven months.
On December 20th, 2024, TikToker[3] @ethansp0ts posted a video, which used the Show Me Your Willy audio in an edit of a car, gaining over 414,700 likes in six months (shown below). Others used the video's TikTok sound[4] for other car edits.

On June 9th, 2025, YouTuber[9] Mrtasteless posted a video that added the Show Me Your Willy audio to a clip of MrBeast introducing Gordon Ramsay, gaining over 27,200 views in eight days (shown below).

On June 7th, 2025, TikToker[11] @mrmcflop posted an AI-generated image of Gordon Ramsay as rapper Lazer Dim 700 in the SYBAU 💔 meme, with the text instead reading, "SMYW 💔." Over 10 days, the photo received over 250 likes (shown below).
On June 12th, TikToker[12] @128p70_128p70 posted a similar photo, showing Ramsay in the original Show Me Your Willy video with a text caption reading, "SMYW 💔💔," gaining over 535,100 likes in five days (shown below).
On June 13th, 2025, TikToker[6] @smyw8 posted a video pairing the abovementioned photo with the Show Me Your Willy audio. Over four days, the video received roughly 4,700 likes (shown below).
