So. Very. Large originated from Tumblr shortly after the release of the gender-bent Adventure Time sneak peak. Prince Gumball, the genderbent version of Princess Bubblegum, replies to Cake's "How Large?," with a slightly creepy "So. Very. Large."

Prince Gumball is, of course, talking about his Gumball Ball. The meme has also gone into another sub-meme that originated on Youtube when comments on this video began saying that after hearing Neil Patrick Harris (The voice of Gumball) saying "So. Very. Large" for so long, they began hearing "Soap. Fairy. Lodge."
