Squidward Kicks X Out Of His House also known as Get Out Of My House refers to a line said by Squidward Tentacles from SpongeBob SquarePants telling both SpongeBob and Patrick to get out of his house. The scene has grown popular on YouTube as an exploitable remix meme, with SpongeBob and Patrick replaced with characters from various franchises.

Origin

On May 20th, 2005, SpongeBob SquarePants season 4, episode 64b titled "Good Neighbors" aired in the U.S[1]. In the episode, Squidward yells at SpongeBob and Patrick to get out of his house. On August 12th, 2017, YouTube[2] user AreaEightyNine reuploaded the scene, gaining more than 519,000 views in five years (shown below).

The scene saw few edits over the following years. For example, on July 2nd, 2018, YouTube[3] user Peter Parker Cries uploaded an Ear Rape version of the scene. The video received 76,000 views in four years (shown below, left). On March 8th, 2019, YouTube[4] user Joana Stefany Lima Martins uploaded an edit of the scene, gaining more than 384,000 views in three years (shown below, right).



On February 13th, 2022, YouTube[8] user ChRoza uploaded the earliest reanimation of the scene, mixing it with a Squidward 'Please Come In' edit. The video received 13,000 views in four months (shown below).



Starting in June 2022, the scene became a popular meme as people replaced SpongeBob and Patrick with characters from various franchises. For example on June 11th, 2022, YouTube[5] user Crying Aqua uploaded edits of Genshin Impact characters getting thrown out of Squidward's house. The video received more than 575,000 views in 11 days (shown below, left). On June 5th, 2022, YouTube[6] user GTA Content Channel uploaded one of the most popular edits of the meme, using Grand Theft Auto protagonist characters. The video received more than 1.3 million views in two weeks (shown below, right).



On June 21st, 2022, Lessons In Meme Culture YouTube[7] channel uploaded a video on the meme (shown below).
