Thirsty Little Flower refers to a four-panel comic in which a flower tells a man he's thirsty and implores him to pee on him. After the man says he's not doing that, his friend says, "And just let him fucking die??" The comic grew popular on Tumblr and spawned several exploitable edits.

Origin

On May 12th, 2015, Tumblr blog ewanenoellav,^[1] the personal account of artist aaaaa42c^[2] posted the comic, gaining over 102,000 notes (shown below). aaaaa42c is the same artist who posted the original comic in the Oh No, It's Retarded meme.

Spread

In the following years, the comic gained a reputation among users as one of the best comics on the site. On January 10th, 2016, user oipep^[3] wrote:

The comic also inspired exploitable edits, as users placed the comic in other memes. The flower has appeared in Original vs. Un-Tumblrized edits^[4] (shown below, left) and How Creative People See the World edits^[5] (shown below, right).

Others edited the original comic to include other characters. User homestuckshitquoteunquoteart posted the comic with Homestuck characters, gaining over 600 notes (shown below, left). User mcbakugo posted the comic with Dream Daddy characters, gaining over 200 notes (shown below, right).
