Whack His PP or Bailiff, Whack His PeePee refers to a series of viral videos consisting of voiced over memes of Judge Judy saying, "we must make sure you do not appear here again," then telling the bailiff to whack the accused's peepee. The audio clip is taken from a 1971 Cheech & Chong skit titled "Trippin' in Court." The original voiced-over image was uploaded to YouTube in 2011 and started to see a resurgence in popularity 10 years later in July 2021.

Origin

In 1971, stoner comedy duo Cheech and Chong released a roughly six minute long comedy skit called "Trippin' In Court"^[1] where a judge passes judgement on a number of criminals. Around the 1:18 timestamp, the judge sentences the first criminal, saying "we must make sure you do not appear here again. Bailliff, whack his peepee" (shown below).

On September 15th, 2011, YouTuber^[2] CloudPopping uploaded a video consisting of an image of Judge Judy with a speech bubble reading "BAILIFF, whack his pee pee!" along with the audio clip, gaining over 272,000 views in 10 years (shown below). The video appears to have started showing up on YouTube recommended pages that year.

On July 30th, 2021, Instagram^[3] user repostrandy posted a video consisting of two captioned image macros of Judge Judy, one saying "we must make sure you do not appear here again" and another "BALLIFF! Whack his peepee!" gaining over 242,000 views in four months (shown below). It's unknown who created this version of the video, but it's unlikely repostrandy, who runs a repost-page.
