Is it just me or does that character have really small hands but a huge neck and head?

You do realize that the reason that Dankula was called a nazi is because he made his gf's pug do the most "horrible, disgusting, and vial thing" he could think of, was teaching it to salute to hitler.

How in any aspect is he a nazi when he called them disgusting and vial? That just seems redundant.
