I dont know about other countries, but in america it literally never happens. Even people from other religions dont care if you say "merry christmas".

the only people who get triggered by it is christians when you say "happy holidays", because they feel that its others taking something away from them by acknowledging other shit happens and even that is rare. used to be rarer before fox news got bored and declared that there was a war on Christmas
