"Stop a Douchebag" – is a Russian youth movement that attempts to enforce traffic regulations in Russia. In this Episode things get ugly when the activists try to move a car of the wife of a top-ranking Chechen offical (who later will be fired by the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov).
